My family and I enjoyed a lovely two-night getaway at the hotel to celebrate my birthday. The staff were friendly, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Our ocean-view suite was spacious and had a stunning balcony for relaxation. The on-site dining options were good, and the pool area provided the perfect retreat, despite being a bit chilly. Breakfast was a highlight, with a great selection and prompt service.

The rooms were newly remodelled and generous sized, with fantastic view. The location was incredible, next to the beach, shops, cafes, restaurants and bars, Seasalt restaurant and the large areas. It also was in the cafe across the road.

I appreciated the marvellous location in the good area. The restaurant was pleasant for the buffet breakfast, I tried quality dishes.

Review: The location is perfect, just steps from the beach, making afternoons by the pool good. Room service was prompt, turning a relaxing holiday into a breeze. We really liked the wonderful buffet breakfast with our very own barista to make quality coffee for us. We found the staff to be very helpful and friendly, especially the porter Graham. This hotel is in a wonderful location just across the road from the beach and we loved the sea view from our room. There are many restaurants and coffee shops close-by as well as quality shops. The rooms are very modern and are extremely comfortable in every respect. We will certainly return.

You have to pay extra to park under the hotel so we parked across the road in the council car park.

Characterful base for exploring Terrigal. Well-appointed and well-maintained hotel with a good hot breakfast selection. Early check-in and late check-out, responsive staff. Peaceful location - near Glen Mckimmin Gallery. The outdoor restaurant on the premises.

The room was clean and spacious with a fantastic view, and the friendly staff were very good too make us feel welcome and comfortable.

The breakfast selection could be improved by ensuring everyone receives a fresh coffee rather than pre-made options.

Thoroughly enjoyed truly special views.

The location was comfy yet it was near downtown area, just 5 minutes by foot. The breakfast offered danishes and fruit.

Great staff, close to the beach cafes and restrauants. From checkin to departure I could not fault the crown plaza staff. I can be picky but could not find any areas of concern. Just really nice place to stay. We did upgrade to an ocean view room which was great. Top level listen to the waves very relaxing.

The ambiance was serene, perfect for relaxation. I appreciated the modern conveniences, like the flat-screen television with an excellent entertainment system and a well-stocked mini-bar fridge, which added a touch of luxury to my experience.

I did notice that some furnishings felt a bit dated, which contrasted with the overall modern amenities. Despite this minor drawback, it didn’t detract significantly from my enjoyable stay.

The staff were excellent, as was our room. Lovely view. The beds were huge, and comfortable, and we had the added luxury of chosing different types of pillows, if we wished. Breakfast was plenty. Bar had a nice ambience.

Dining room needs to be a bit cleaner (cobwebs and little flying cockroaches on window sills) Don't like the idea of paying for parking. Wi-fi signals weak.

Perfect location, great views and comfortable rooms. They were even kind enough to provide a complimentary bottle of champagne for my birthday.

I especially enjoyed the luxurious pool area, where you can unwind while enjoying views of the beautiful sandy beach. The hotel feels like a grand escape, striking a perfect balance between professional facilities and a relaxed atmosphere. The dining options were fantastic, especially the breakfast buffet, which offered a wide variety of delicious dishes while allowing guests to soak in the morning sun and enjoy the beach views. The staff were friendly and attentive, making every effort to ensure a pleasant stay.

Small room size for price.

The stay was just fabulous. the staff were professional, friendly and very welcoming. the room was lovely and we had a water view and nicely furnished,.always cleaned well and the housekeeping staff friendly and thorough. The convieniene of the location of the hotel is excellent and central. The gym, poolarea we enjoyed and .the vibe of guests in the hotel was relaxed and content.The value was excellent and booking went smoothly on arrival.We will definitely book again through Booked.net. very happy customers!

I like the venue for a conference most, the breakfast was fantastic. The coffee in the breakfast was excellence!
